Shipping charges
Shipping charges, on most orders, are € 2.99 to € 39.99 per order. For the tools that are very heavier in weight, there will be minimum increase in shipping and you will be notified as to the cost. These charges include Europe-Countries (EU). Other countries will be charged according to method of shipping and rates.
Payment
Bank transfer: International payment must be made by a money order in Euro. or mail payments to: Michael Wucherpfennig, Hagenbreite 7, 37124 Rosdorf, Germany. and we accept paypal, mastercard and visa.
Our commitment
We will under normal circumstances fulfill all orders within 24 hours of receipt. We will only charge you for items despatched to you, in your agreement.
All Prices shown on the site are VAT Inclusive.
Contract
When you buy our goods and services on the internet, you are entering a legally binding contract
Returns
Items should be checked as soon as possible following receipt of goods. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Your are responsible for all shipping charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
Order Cancellation following delivery
If you wish to cancel an order you are very welcome to return them to us within 2 weeks from the day after you receive the goods.
Ordering on the Internet
We would like to reassure you that we take care of the information we collect to fulfil your order, and believe that Internet shopping using a secure server is the safest way of placing your order.
Applicable Law
These conditions shall be construed according to and governed by German Laws.
